Responsabilidades

• Collect and check approved timesheets, attendance data and payroll changes.
• Enter and validate payroll inputs in the system.
• Maintain accurate employee and contractor payment records.
• Investigate discrepancies and request missing approvals or information.
• Prepare payroll summaries and supporting reports for review.
• Respond to routine payroll queries and escalate complex issues.
• Handle payroll information confidentially and securely.
• Meet payroll deadlines and maintain audit trail.
