Qualifications

• Understanding of payroll fundamentals and data privacy requirements.
• Knowledge of statutory settings, earnings/deductions, and banking validations.
• Ability to execute routine data entry and validations accurately.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel with strong attention to detail.
• Collaborative communicator who escalates exceptions early and learns quickly.
• Reliable, calm under deadlines and adaptable to AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute pre-pay, run, and post-pay steps using SOPs and templates.
• Enter standard inputs (timesheets, allowances, deductions) and validate data.
• Run predefined checks and reconcile basic variances; escalate out of scope issues.
