Remote is hiring a Global Payroll Implementation Specialist to set up and optimize international payroll for diverse customers on Remote's platform. You will handle data collection, system configuration, and go-live coordination, reporting to the Manager, Global Payroll Implementations.

Qualifications

• Extensive Global Payroll implementation experience with regulatory knowledge.
• Strong experience configuring global payroll systems and data handling.
• Excellent data accuracy and project coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Payroll customers to set up payrolls on Remote platforms.
• Analyze payroll needs and provide accurate recommendations.
• Lead implementation of new customers, collect data, configure systems.
• Coordinate parallel payroll runs and tax reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and Go-Live readiness.
• Communicate clearly with customers, teammates and vendors.
• Maintain customer relationships and enable successful handover to operations.
• Create and maintain process documentation; assist with UAT testing.
