Ideal candidates have a paralegal degree or equivalent experience, strong research skills, and excellent communication and organizational abilities to thrive remotely and support clients efficiently.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or equivalent experience.
• Proven paralegal experience, preferably in a remote setting.
• Strong knowledge of legal procedures and documentation.
• Proficiency with legal research databases (LexisNexis, Westlaw) and case management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in a remote capacity.

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare summaries.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and court documents under supervision.
• Organize and maintain case files, evidence, and discovery materials.
