Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Paralegal Specialist to join a fully remote legal team serving Queenstown and beyond. You will conduct legal research, draft documents, and manage case files while collaborating with attorneys in a flexible, virtual environment.

Ideal candidates have a paralegal degree or equivalent experience, strong research skills, and excellent communication and organizational abilities to thrive remotely and support clients efficiently.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or equivalent experience.
• Proven paralegal experience, preferably in a remote setting.
• Strong knowledge of legal procedures and documentation.
• Proficiency with legal research databases (LexisNexis, Westlaw) and case management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in a remote capacity.

Responsibilities
