• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements.
• Agency experience handling multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Allocate budgets, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client, and narrate numbers on calls.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
