Blacksmith Agency is a digital AI-first agency seeking a Paid Social Media Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budgets, roadmap, and narrative during client inquiries, acting as the strategic voice on the table.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimize bidding, track conversions with GA4/Tag Manager, and craft 90-day roadmaps with clear stories behind the numbers on calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta platforms.
• Proven ROAS, CPA or pipeline improvements.
• Agency experience with multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budgets, bidding, targeting and testing.
• Set up conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and present results.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationship.
