Job summary

Blacksmith Agency seeks a hands-on Paid Search Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You’ll steer targeting, budgets, roadmaps and the narrative on calls with clients.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize for ROAS, and build clear conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels. Remote position for US, Canada, Latin America or South Africa.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements with campaigns.
• Agency experience handling multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for accounts across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing.
• Set up conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and report on results.
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell.
