Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Media Account Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budgets, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

In this remote, full-time role, you will manage Google Ads and Meta campaigns, allocate budgets, test creatives, and drive account growth through retention and upsell.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements or pipeline impact
• Agency experience across several clients at once
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for accounts
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign
• Conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, tag manager and platform pixels
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and the story behind the numbers
• Account growth: retention, upsell and long-term relationship
