You will focus on Paid Social (Meta) and Google Ads, with exposure to TikTok and other digital channels, handling setup, activation, management and optimisation across client portfolios.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Practical experience with Google Ads, particularly Search.
• Confident to set up, manage and optimise campaigns independently.
• Solid understanding of campaign KPIs, budgets and performance.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Building and launching campaigns across Meta Ads Manager.
• Managing audiences, budgets, placements, schedules and creative assets.
• Monitoring campaign performance and making ongoing optimisations.
• Managing budget pacing and campaign delivery.
• Testing audiences, creative, placements and bidding strategies.
• Setting up and managing Google Search campaigns.
• Supporting activity across Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube and TikTok.
• Producing weekly, monthly and ad hoc campaign reports.
• Analysing performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Troubleshooting campaign setup, tracking and delivery issues.
• Supporting the wider account team with planning, reporting and client delivery.
