Scaled is seeking a Paid Media Executive to drive campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Google Ads from a fully remote setup in South Africa. You’ll be hands-on, building campaigns, testing creatives, refining audiences and analysing results to improve ticket sales and ROAS.

You’ll work directly with the paid media lead and wider marketing team, gaining experience across high-budget campaigns, performance reporting and channel expansion as the business scales.

Aufgaben

• Assist with the creation, setup, launch and ongoing management of campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Google Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, conversions and ROAS.
• Support the allocation and monitoring of substantial monthly advertising budgets across platforms.
• Build, manage and refine target audiences, including prospecting, retargeting and lookalike audiences.
• Track and analyse key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates and ticket sales.
• Support weekly and monthly performance reporting, sharing insights on what’s working and what isn’t.
• Assist with testing ad creatives, messaging, formats and audiences.
• Support campaign planning and delivery around event launches, on-sales and key promotional periods.
• Work across multiple brands, events and experiences at the same time.
• Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to coordinate campaign assets and delivery.
• Stay up to date with competitor activity, platform developments and emerging trends.
• Support the development of additional channels, such as affiliate marketing, as the business grows.
• Keep campaigns, budgets and reporting organised and accurate.
