Blacksmith Agency is an AI‑first digital agency seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will set the strategy, manage budgets, and drive the narrative when clients ask why.

You are the strategic voice at the table and you make the calls. You will run paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, manage budget allocation and bidding, and ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in paid media management across major platforms.
• Agency experience handling multiple clients concurrently.
• Proven ability to improve ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Clear spoken English for live calls with US clients.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
