Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an Insurance Outside Sales Representative to drive new business from a fully remote location within South Africa. You will identify prospects, present tailored solutions, and close deals while traveling when needed and using robust digital channels.

You will maintain client relationships, deliver product demos, and collaborate with teams to ensure client success within a dynamic, remote culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or business development with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Self-motivated and able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territories or market segments.
• Deliver sales presentations and product demos, in-person or virtual.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Understand client challenges and propose tailored service solutions.
• Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals effectively.
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing with timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
