Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with inbound leads and conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Explain policy details, coverage options, and pricing clearly.
• Guide clients through the application and enrollment process.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
