Placements24 is seeking an Outdoor Adventure Planner to design and curate exceptional adventure experiences, working remotely to support clients worldwide.

You will create detailed itineraries, vet local guides, coordinate transport, permits, meals and equipment, and manage client communications to tailor bespoke adventures. A passion for the outdoors, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to sustainable tourism will help you stay ahead of trends in the Leisure & Sports travel sector.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in adventure travel planning, tour guiding, or expedition management.
• Knowledge of outdoor activities, destinations, and risks.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and supplier relations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop detailed itineraries for outdoor adventures.
• Research and vet local guides, activity providers, and accommodations.
• Manage client communications and tailor bespoke adventure packages.
• Coordinate all logistical aspects: transportation, permits, equipment, and meals.
• Develop contingency plans and risk management strategies for all activities.
• Stay updated on trends in adventure travel and sustainable tourism practices.
