Qualifications

• Experience as Travel Consultant or related customer service in travel industry.
• Extensive knowledge of travel destinations and trends.
• Proficiency with GDS and online booking platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand travel preferences, needs and budgets.
• Research and recommend destinations, itineraries, accommodations and activities.
• Book flights, hotels, tours and other travel arrangements.
• Provide comprehensive travel documentation and pre-departure information.
• Address client inquiries and resolve travel issues.
