Job summary

Sourcefit in Cape Town is seeking a Sales Development professional to drive outbound engagement with our prospective B2B clients, qualify opportunities, and book qualified appointments for senior sales staff.

You will work with the CRM, track interactions, and pursue daily, weekly, and monthly targets while building relationships with business owners and decision-makers, staying informed on investment products and market trends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Sales Development, appointment setting, or B2B sales.
• Experience in investment/financial services is a plus.
• Strong communication with business owners and senior decision-makers.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Requirements

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or appointment targets
• Excellent telephone, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement tools
