ISTA Personnel Solutions is recruiting for a remote contact centre specialist to support a US-based home care company. You will handle outbound calls and messages to families, guiding them towards in-person care assessments while building trust.

The role includes night shifts and weekend work, with a fully remote setup. A fixed monthly gross salary is offered, plus two weeks of paid training covering health care terms and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Experience in outbound calling, a contact centre, or similar phone-based role.
• Genuine empathy and patience when callers are emotional or upset.
• Comfort with CRM administration and accurate note-taking.
• Willingness to work night shifts and every weekend.

Responsabilités

• Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to families enquiring about home care.
• Check that the family's location can be serviced before each call.
• Have warm, unhurried conversations and address questions about cost or care.
• Book families for in-person assessments with a local US office.
• Keep clear, detailed notes in the CRM for the next agent.
• Follow up with families who have not yet booked an assessment.
