ISTA Personnel Solutions is seeking an After Hours Care Coordinator to support a U.S.-based home care agency. This fully remote role requires calm, decisive judgment on-call and the ability to cover shifts as needed.

Training will precede live duties, with schedule flexibility including weekends and public holidays. You will monitor caregiver calls, arrange replacements, document interactions, and escalate when necessary, ensuring clients remain covered and safe during after-hours.

Formación

• Fluent in English with professional communication.
• Proven experience in client-facing support or coordination.
• Ability to make sound decisions with minimal guidance.
• Comfort working independently in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and reliability.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor the phone line and chat for caregiver call-outs, emergencies and no-shows.
• Source replacement caregivers when shifts cannot be covered.
• Ensure vulnerable clients are never left without coverage.
• Follow up by phone on call-outs received by text.
• Escalate promptly to a manager when replacement cannot be found.
• Notify clients of caregiver call-outs and confirm schedules 1-2 hours before shifts.
• Respond to caregiver and client queries within after-hours scope.
• Use sound judgement on situations not covered by training, prioritising client safety.
• Conduct initial intake calls for prospective clients.
• Accurately document interactions and update caregiver schedules.
• Balance caregiver concerns with client and business needs; assist with admin projects.
