Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 6 years in operations management focusing on process improvement.
• Experience implementing Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Analyze current operational processes to identify bottlenecks and improvement areas.
• Design, develop, and implement new processes and workflows for efficiency.
• Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs.
• Measure impact with KPIs and track outcomes of improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and adoption.
• Train staff on new processes and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for automation and technology adoption.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure process compliance and quality.
• Contribute to operational strategy and goals.
