Job summary

InsideOut is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to own day-to-day workflows for a fast-moving U.S.-based company. The role is fully remote and based in South Africa, with a Monday–Friday schedule aligned to U.S. hours.

You will oversee operations, coordinate teams, improve processes, and support leadership with planning and reporting. Excellent English communication, strong organization, and comfort with modern tools and AI are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, business operations, project coordination, or a similar role.
• Proactive, self-directed approach with exceptional organizational, time-management, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Professional written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Comfort using modern workplace technology, software, and AI tools.
• Based in South Africa with an owned reliable laptop, fast and stable internet connection, and full commitment to U.S. business hours.
• Prior experience working with U.S. or international remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day business operations and workflows, ensuring tasks and key deliverables stay on track.
• Coordinate people, processes, projects, and deadlines across teams while fostering operational accountability.
• Identify inefficiencies, implement practical operational improvements, and create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Support leadership with operational planning and execution, troubleshoot operational issues, and find proactive solutions.
• Support the implementation of systems, tools, and processes while providing regular updates to leadership.
