The role requires 3+ years in operations, a sharp commercial mindset, strong analytical skills, and fluent English. You’ll work with vendors, internal systems, and KPI tracking across time zones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business operations, operations management, or a related field.
• Strong commercial mindset with analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Highly organized, process-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication with strong stakeholder-management skills.
• Based in South Africa with reliable laptop and internet; available to work U.S. business hours.
• Experience supporting U.S. or international businesses.
