Job summary

Placements24 seeks an Operations Efficiency Engineer in Mahikeng to drive process improvements and operational excellence. You will analyze current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement data-driven solutions across the organization.

The role requires a strong analytical mindset, Lean Six Sigma experience (Green/Black Belt preferred), and the ability to lead cross‑functional change initiatives while delivering measurable impact on cost and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, process improvement, or efficiency engineering.
• Proven experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies, preferably Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in project management and leading change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing operational processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies and projects to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
