Placements24 seeks a proactive Remote Operations Analyst to support manufacturing operations nationwide. You collect, clean, and analyze data to identify trends and inefficiencies, and you develop dashboards to monitor key KPIs in a remote-first environment.

The role requires 3+ years in operations or data analysis, with Excel, SQL, Python or R, and data visualization tools. You will communicate findings to stakeholders across departments and help drive production improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (data science, statistics, OR, business)
• 3+ years of operations/data analysis experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Proficiency with Excel, SQL, Python or R
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to production, supply chain, and logistics
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement
