Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a proactive Remote Warehouse Efficiency Specialist to join its distributed operations team. The role focuses on analyzing warehouse processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs across facilities.

You will leverage data analytics (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and best practices in logistics to design SOPs, monitor outcomes, and influence on-site teams remotely.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Logistics & Warehousing with a focus on process improvement or operations analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders remotely.

Responsibilities

• Analyze warehouse operations data to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Develop and recommend SOPs for receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Design and implement standardized operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Utilize data visualization tools to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with site managers and teams to implement changes and monitor effectiveness.
• Research and recommend new technologies or methodologies to enhance warehouse performance.
