Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python/R).
• Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes and production metrics.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize production data from various sources (e.g., ERP, MES systems).
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key production metrics and KPIs.
• Analyze production performance data to identify root causes of deviations and inefficiencies.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for process optimization, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement data-driven solutions.
