Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related discipline required.
• Proven experience in online teaching, facilitation, or virtual student support.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Blackboard, or Canvas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong digital literacy.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate online courses, moderating discussions and encouraging student participation in virtual forums.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback on assignments and assessments submitted through the learning management system.
• Offer academic support and guidance to online students via email, chat, or virtual meetings.
• Monitor student progress and engagement, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
• Collaborate with curriculum developers and instructional designers to continuously improve online course content and delivery.
