Placements24 is seeking an innovative Online Course Developer to join a fully remote team. You will design, develop, and produce engaging online courses across subjects, applying instructional design principles and multimedia technologies for a global learner base.

Based remotely with connection to Pretoria, you will collaborate with subject matter experts, use LMS and authoring tools to deploy courses, and continuously improve content through learner feedback and performance data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or related field.
• Proven online course development experience.
• Proficiency with e-learning tools and LMS.
• Strong adult learning principles understanding.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive online course content, including modules, assessments, and activities.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex information into accessible and engaging learning materials.
