Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote Online Course Developer to design and build engaging online courses from concept to completion. You will create content across text, visuals, audio, video, and interactive elements, ensuring alignment with curriculum goals and accessibility standards.

The role is contract-based, fully remote, with flexible hours and potential for long-term engagement. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to deliver high-quality modules.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Curriculum Development, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of online course development and instructional design experience.
Proficiency with e-learning tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Portfolio showcasing previous e-learning course development projects.
Experience with multimedia development (video editing, graphic design).

Responsibilities

Design and develop engaging online courses from concept to completion.
Create content including text, visuals, audio, video, and interactive elements.
Develop learning objectives, assessments, and activities aligned with curriculum goals.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers.
Ensure accessibility standards and quality guidelines are met.
Manage project timelines and deliverables across multiple projects.
Review and revise content for improvements and updates.
Stay current with trends in e-learning and instructional design.
