Placements24 is seeking an Offshore Installation Manager to provide remote oversight and strategic guidance for offshore projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Naval Architecture) or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive offshore industry experience with 7+ years in a management role.
• Proven track record in large-scale offshore installation projects and remote leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote strategic leadership and management for offshore installation projects.
• Oversee offshore construction activities including subsea, topsides, and pipelines.
• Develop and manage detailed execution plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies offshore.
• Manage client, contractor, regulator, and stakeholder relationships.
• Lead and mentor onshore teams and guide offshore personnel.
