Placements24 seeks an experienced Remote AI Solutions Architect specializing in NLP to design scalable AI systems using state-of-the-art NLP techniques. You will translate client needs into technical specifications, select NLP models and libraries, and guide teams through production deployments.

You will lead PoC efforts, mentor engineers, and stay abreast of the latest NLP research. This is a remote-first role with asynchronous collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics or related field.
• 7+ years of AI/ML experience with a strong NLP focus.
• Proven track record architecting NLP solutions in production environments.
• Deep understanding of NLP concepts, algorithms (RNNs, LSTMs, Transformers, LLMs).
• Proficiency in Python and NLP libraries such as spaCy, NLTK, and HF Transformers.
• Experience with cloud AI/ML services on AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Strong software architecture skills and ability to communicate complex topics.

• Design and architect scalable AI solutions using advanced NLP techniques.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specs.
