Placements24 is seeking a Lead AI Engineer specializing in NLP to lead development of scalable language models within a fully remote team. You will guide technical direction, mentor engineers, and ensure delivery of high-impact AI-driven products across the company.

The ideal candidate holds advanced degrees, deep NLP expertise, strong Python and DL framework skills (PyTorch or TensorFlow), and proven leadership of technical projects in distributed environments.

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Linguistics, or related field.
• Extensive NLP development experience including sentiment analysis, topic modeling, and translation.
• Proficiency in Python and DL frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).

Responsibilities
