Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional AI software engineering experience with a focus on NLP.
• Strong Python and NLP libraries (NLTK, spaCy, Hugging Face).
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Solid understanding of tokenization, embeddings, seq2seq, and attention mechanisms.
• Experience deploying ML models in AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Excellent problem-solving and proactive approach.
• Strong written communication for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement NLP models and algorithms for various applications.
• Build and optimize NLP pipelines for data processing, feature extraction, and model training.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to deploy NLP solutions into production.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code.
• Stay up-to-date with NLP, ML, and deep learning research.
• Contribute to scalable and maintainable software systems.
• Participate in code reviews and team best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug NLP models and software.
• Work effectively in a remote, asynchronous environment.
• Contribute to AI strategy and roadmap.
