Placements24 is seeking a Lead AI Solutions Architect focused on NLP to design and implement scalable AI systems for language-based tasks. You will shape the strategic direction of NLP initiatives and lead a distributed team of data scientists and engineers in a remote-first environment.

The role demands 7+ years in AI/ML with a strong NLP background, hands-on experience with spaCy, Hugging Face, and transformer models, plus cloud platform proficiency.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in CS/AI or related field.
• 7+ years in AI/ML with a strong NLP focus.
• Proven delivery of production NLP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end AI solutions using NLP for text classification, sentiment analysis, translation, and chatbots.
• Set technical vision and roadmap for NLP initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with PMs, data scientists, and engineers to build scalable NLP apps.
• Evaluate NLP models, algorithms, and tools for use cases.
• Oversee development, testing and deployment of NLP models in production.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to data scientists and engineers.
• Ensure ethical use of NLP, addressing bias and fairness.
• Maintain documentation and best practices for AI solutions.
• Stay updated with NLP research and industry trends.
