Placements24 seeks a remote NLP Engineer to design, develop, and deploy NLP models for language understanding and generation. You will collaborate with a distributed team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers on chatbots, text analytics, and sentiment systems.

You will work remotely on cutting-edge NLP projects, leveraging transformers, BERT, and GPT-style models to advance AI language technologies and deliver scalable solutions across product pipelines.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related field with a specialization in NLP.
• 3+ years of experience in developing and deploying NLP models and applications.
• Proficiency in Python and relevant NLP libraries (e.g., NLTK, SpaCy, Hugging Face Transformers).
• Strong experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with text data preprocessing, feature extraction techniques, and evaluation metrics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fully remote team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement NLP models for tasks such as text classification, named entity recognition, sentiment analysis, and machine translation.
