Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers. You will create the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients while leveraging tools like Salesforce and SalesLoft to drive pipeline.

This is a remote (South Africa) full-time role, focused on thoughtful outreach, pattern recognition, and high-quality communication with target accounts.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR or similar role.
• B2B sales experience with quota responsibility.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Experience with outbound prospecting tools.
• Experience using Salesforce and managing your pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
