Placements24 seeks a highly skilled Remote Diagnostic Technician with a focus on network infrastructure to join a globally distributed technical support team. Qualifications
- Experience in network diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing and switching.
- Certifications like CCNA/CCNP are desirable.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support, diagnosing and resolving issues related to network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking devices.
- Analyze network performance data, logs, and traffic patterns to identify root causes of problems.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot connectivity, performance, and security issues.
- Develop and implement effective solutions for network-related problems, ensuring minimal disruption to clients' operations.
- Collaborate with Tier 1 support and engineering teams to escalate complex issues and contribute to knowledge base development.
