Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in network engineering focusing on infrastructure design and management.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, switching, and security best practices.
• Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) and virtualization.
• Proficiency in network monitoring tools and Python for automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable and resilient network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize speed and reliability.
• Implement and manage network security measures, including VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and access controls.
• Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, providing timely support to internal users and systems.
• Evaluate and recommend new network technologies and solutions to improve performance and efficiency.
