• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales leadership experience in the FMCG sector, with a strong focus on beverages.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing national sales strategies that have resulted in significant revenue growth and market penetration.
• Proven ability to build, train, and motivate high-performing sales teams.
• Extensive knowledge of the South African beverage market, including key players, distribution channels, and consumer trends.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing sales budgets.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and manage a geographically dispersed team effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of regional sales managers and their respective sales forces to achieve and exceed targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, key accounts, and strategic partnerships within the beverage market.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast future sales performance and identify areas for growth and improvement.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders in the FMCG value chain.
• Oversee the development and implementation of effective sales policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Manage the sales budget effectively, ensuring profitable growth and cost efficiency.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and foster relationships.
