High School Gate is seeking a Sales and Recruitment Coordinator for a fully remote role. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic, English, and French to drive student recruitment and enrollment in a diverse, remote environment.

Responsibilities include identifying prospective students, responding to inquiries with program information, managing follow-ups, and maintaining a robust enrollment pipeline. A Bachelor's degree and strong communication skills are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Education, or related field.
• Fluency in Arabic, English, and French (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience in sales, student recruitment, customer relations, admissions, or related field is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Identify and engage prospective students interested in educational opportunities.
• Respond to inquiries and provide information about available programs, admission requirements, and enrollment procedures.
• Communicate with prospective students in Arabic, English, and French.
• Follow up with interested prospects and guide them through the application and enrollment process.
• Generate and maintain a pipeline of prospective students.
• Support student recruitment and enrollment growth initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, prospective students, follow-ups, and enrollment progress.
• Prepare regular recruitment and sales activity reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
