As the first point of contact for prospective families, you will answer inquiries via phone, email, and web, guide families through enrollment, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.

This remote role involves speaking with American families, so excellent spoken and written English is required.

You will work closely with school leadership teams and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
