Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer support, call center, or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent English and at least one other language (Afrikaans, Zulu, Sesotho) to communicate with customers.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency with customer support software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage time in a remote setting.
• A dedicated home office space with reliable internet.
• Must be based in South Africa.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely, professional manner.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and guide customers through solutions.
