Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager, Multifamily. You own paid media for a book of multifamily clients, directing targeting, budgets, and the narrative when clients ask why.

As the strategic voice, you will shape 90-day roadmaps, run campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, and test creatives. You will track conversions with GA4 and Tag Manager, driving long-term growth and client retention.

Qualificações

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS/CPA/pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multifamily or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads for assigned accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Set up and verify conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Create 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and present performance stories.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, Multifamily you own paid media for a book of multifamily clients (multifamily owners and property management groups running large portfolios): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multifamily or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
