Qualifications

• 2 years of IT experience in desktop support or systems engineering.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 stack (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Azure AD).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in MSP environment preferred.
