Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mining operations or a related technical support role.
• Proven experience with mining-specific software suites (Deswik, Vulcan, MineSight) and data analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of remote monitoring systems and IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze the performance of mining operational software, including fleet management and production tracking systems.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators for remote stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to mining software and systems, providing timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with IT, engineering, and operations teams to implement system upgrades and new technologies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements through data analysis and system enhancements.
