Job summary

Placements24 seeks a highly experienced Mine Manager to provide remote oversight and leadership for mining operations. This fully remote role requires strategic thinking to guide mine planning, optimize production, ensure safety and environmental compliance, and manage budgets across dispersed sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in mine operations management.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and financial management.
• Proven ability to lead and manage remote teams effectively.
• Excellent understanding of mining technologies, safety protocols, and environmental best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote leadership and strategic direction for all mining operations.
