The incumbent will provide technical leadership, conduct feasibility studies and economic evaluations, and align plans with corporate goals, delivering value across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in mine planning and engineering with strategic planning experience.
• Extensive experience with Deswik, Vulcan, Surpac and reserve estimation techniques.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage long-term strategic mine plans (10-20 year horizon) and provide mentorship to mine planning engineers and geological teams globally.
