You own the top of the funnel—researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers and creating the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients.

This remote role in SA requires 2+ years in SDR/BDR, strong written communication, and the ability to personalize outreach.

Qualificações

• B2B sales experience preferred.
• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role.
• Strong written communication.
• Ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
