Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers. You will create the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients and contribute to pipeline growth.

This is a remote role (South Africa) guiding outreach via email, LinkedIn and phone. The ideal candidate has 2 years in SDR/BDR, strong written communication and experience with outbound

Qualificações

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role or similar
• Experience in agency or SaaS is a plus
• Proven ability to research accounts and identify decision makers
• Comfort with outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn and phone

Responsabilidades

• Research ideal accounts based on ICP
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team
