Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As an SDR, you will research, identify decision makers, and initiate contact to create the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

You will use thoughtful outreach across email, LinkedIn, and phone, stay organized in Salesforce and SalesLoft, and work toward scheduling qualified discovery calls that feed the top of the funnel for our Account

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR or similar role.
• Experience in B2B sales and quota carrying roles is a plus.
• Ability to personalize outreach and communicate in writing.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and refine targeting with the sales team.
